I am an ICT Graduate (Class of 2025) and incoming Bachelor of ICT Honours student at the Durban University of Technology. My focus is on the intersection of Software Engineering and Data Engineering, with a strong interest in the full data lifecycle from ingestion and transformation to analytics ready delivery.
I work with Python, SQL, Azure, and Databricks to build automated data pipelines that are reliable, maintainable, and aligned with real-world business needs. My academic foundation, combined with industry certifications such as DataCamp Associate Data Engineer , Azure Data Fundamentals andDatabricks Fundamentals, supports my ability to design scalable data workflows and apply sound data practices.
Through projects like InsightOps and an automated Job Market Pipeline, I have built end-to-end solutions involving data ingestion, cleaning, transformation, and delivery for analysis. I am currently seeking Graduate Data Engineer or Data Engineering Internship role where I can contribute to building robust data platforms while continuing to grow in cloud and data engineering.

Cloud Big Data. An end-to-end ELT pipeline using PySpark and Delta Lake. I implemented a Medallion Architecture (Bronze → Silver → Gold) with Schema Enforcement and Time Travel for enterprise-grade data quality.
Data Warehousing. A production-grade BI system built on a Star Schema with surrogate keys. It transforms raw e-commerce data into actionable KPIs (Churn, Profit Margin) and generates automated business alerts.
